- Colors comic books for various companies such as DC, Marvel, Madd and Darkhorse.
- Produces paintings and murals on commission for businesses in Winnipeg such at Voila Cafe and Wasabi on Broadway.
- Freelance designs album covers, cd’s, business cards and posters.
- Painted sets for Manitoba Theatre Center and Manitoba Theatre for Young People.
- Designed and sold custom made earrings for Para Mix and F&Q.
- Created hats on consignment for Silver Lotus and their sister store; Rooster.
- Was hired through the Winnipeg School Division #1 to teach the style of Graffiti Art for various Junior High Schools in Winnipeg.
- Taught Semi-Private Landscape and Graffiti Art classes through her studio at Cre8ery and through her home as well as co-ed workshops at Artist’s Emporium.
- Participated in Artstravaganza as an instructor. This is an annual event held at the University of Manitoba where multiple High Schools in Winnipeg participate. 10-12 instructors are chosen, each specializing in various fields. Amy was hired to teach Manga and Graffiti art.
Awards Received
- Amy has won two scholarships to the Winnipeg Art Gallery in 1998 and 1997, each spanning over a 2 week period and dealing with multiple mediums such as life drawing, pottery and acrylic and oil painting.
Exhibitions
- Held her first solo show in February 2008 simply called Street & Graffiti Art located at a new Boutique in the Exchange district. All pieces were depictions a politically influenced mixed media art with acrylic on canvas and skateboard decks.
- Exhibiting in September 2008 was her second solo show A Robotic Nation debuted at Cre8ery Gallery. This show consisted of 50 mixed media pieces, all robots in traditional dress to depict different cultures of various nations. 25 of them consisted of Prisma marker, acrylic and pen on watercolor paper with it’s duplicate in pencil. These pieces were also professionally framed and matted.
- Amy has hung and sold pieces at the Landscape Gallery, Gallery 757 as well as various coffee houses in Winnipeg and additionally runs a showing of her left over work from A Robotic Nation at Black Sheep Diner.
